30 Before April 30 Project 5 Completed!

Monday, January 24, 2011

There isn't much to this project but the point is that it's completed! As I've mentioned it before here on this blog, we're not doing table assigments since this gathering is larger than some conventions. So we'll be reserving two rows of tables for our immediate families and need signs to clarify that.

Lately, the Ikea Tolsby frame has gotten more attention than the damask print (crafter joke) and when I realized that those little retro frames were only 99 cents, I made a special trip to Ikea just to get them (but I did walk out with more). Us brides have long lists of things to do, so I just started a Word document, searched for "flourish" in clip art (Word 2007 has come a long way in the clip art choices), and typed the word. I formatted the document so that it would print exactly the same on both sides.

The detail is in the paper; I chose the Bazzill Basics Paper in Irish Eyes cardstock. The little textured dots on the paper are adorable. Print, cut and slide into the slot. Done and done!
