craft: put a stamp on it

I love a thoughtful handwritten note. Especially one that has a stamp on the envelope and totally surprises me in the mail! That's why I take so much time into making a card or handwriting a note of thanks. Today, I want to show off easy ways to jazz up the presentation by adding creativity to the address block. For instance, our friends just bought a home and I used a stamp and washi tape for the address block.

Another great use of washi tape and cardstock paper:

This one is super cute - I cut a heart from glitter paper (I mean, we love) and then used scrapbook paper to continue the address block. This one is a favorite.

I love the simplicity of this address block. We have leftover colored envelopes from our wedding invitations and it's so fun to add designed paper. It has the look of trying hard but without the effort.

Because the Cricut machine can make anything look better, just cutting a simple shape and gluing it onto the envelope makes such an impact. I heart hearts. Smiles.
