This lucky little bee gets a little help from some of my most crafty friends. On occasion, I will reach out to my friends and ask them to share their amazing DIY projects on this little blog. And always, they get some serious attention! Here's a little about them.

Kimie (home: Portland, Oregon)

Growing up in Southern California, I find living in Portland, Ore. exciting and adventurous. I'm happiest when engrossed in an exciting project, whether it's creating something wonderful out of nothing for the home or a creative project for my 2-year-old, trying something new when entertaining and sewing, or through my new found love, knitting. I love getting my craft on! Nothing says, "Let's celebrate!" better than a nice glass of Pinot Noir (and sleeping children)!

Michelle at The Whole EnCHELLEada (home: Denver, Colorado)

I reside in the glorious Mile High City - Denver, Colo., and my favorite DIY projects are typically made up of paper: handmade cards, bunting banners and party details. I also enjoy putting together personalized gifts, cooking and home decor.  I believe in celebrating with cupcakes, cocktails and well-crafted details. Whether big or small, life’s moments should be celebrated!!

Carrie (home: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

My family and I recently moved from California to Philadelphia. We just purchased our first home and we are looking forward to this exciting new chapter in our lives. While I wouldn't describe myself as a "crafter", I do love to get creative and DIY projects. I could spend hours in a Michaels, Paper Source or JoAnn's. I love decorating for holidays and birthdays. My latest obsession is my Silhouette machine and I've only just started to break that sucker in!! Many more celebrations to jazz up!

Cece (home: Bay Area, California)

I enjoy cooking and baking, and learning new and easy ways to stay organized. I also enjoy fashion and now with Pinterest, I love being able to pick out a piece of clothing and creating an outfit. Since being introduced to the pinning site by IHB, I now know that I can have a garden even though I live in a small space. Given a little time and imagination, we can create something new for any of life's celebrations!
